The Family Room is a large open-space room (approximately 44 square metres) with two 3-seater sofas, TV/video and tea/coffee making facilities. It is suitable for up to five persons.

Family Room with balcony, twin beds (linked), desk, TV/Video and built-in handbasin. Extensive cupboard space and with steps leading up to the sleeping loft with single beds (suitable for 2 children or agile adults). Sleeping loft area with reading lamps.

Twin Room and Shower Room If taken together, the Family Room and the Twin Room form a self contained unit with its own Shower/WC.

Twin Room with two single beds, desk, TV and walk-in cupboard.

Shower/WC for Family Room and Twin Room guests.

Double Room with adjoining Bathroom. Double Room with two single beds, has an adjoining bathroom and WC. An extra full size single bed (not a folding bed) is available if needed for a third adult or child.

Double Room with two linked beds that can be separated, desk, TV, hair dryer, wardrobe and adjoining bathroom.

Bathroom with WC which adjoins (not en-suite) the Double Bedroom.
